**TL;DR**: `Shift + <DEL>`.

Perhaps you don't have a `DEL` key in your keyboard. Macbooks can emit `DEL`
with `Fn + Delete` (`Delete` here is the traditional `Backspace`). Hence the
combo is `Shift + Fn + Delete`.
