Basic template to request **interview feedback**:

> **Subject**: Data Subject Request
>
> **To**: dpo@{company}.com[^1]
>
> {Greetings},
>
> I'd like to get access to my interview feedback ("personal information") from
> my last application at {company} as a candidate ({NN} {weeks,years} ago). My
> email is {email}.

> I am emailing this alias as per

In Europe the GDPR generally entitles candidates to receive a copy of their
data (e.g. verbatim interview notes) within 30 days.

You can also apply the same idea to request **performance reviews** and
**calibration notes** from your current or former employers.

I used this various times throughout the years in both scenarios. It is very
effective. YMMV.
